Refund policy

At Sc3ntology, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within a few business days.

Opened or used perfume bottles are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.
