Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred via bank or mobile wallet.

If you’d like a replacement instead of a refund, we can send a new product after verifying the return.
