1. Overview

If you’re not completely satisfied with your 5 in 1 Hair Styler or any other product, we’re here to help.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The issue is due to customer mishandling.


3. Return Process

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product.

  3. Our team will review and confirm if your return is eligible.

  4. Once approved, send the product back to our return address (shared via email/WhatsApp).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred via bank or mobile wallet.


5. Exchange Option

If you’d like a replacement instead of a refund, we can send a new product after verifying the return.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used styling products

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)
